BEM KEK Pty Ltd is an event organiser and supporting entity. We provide documents such as invitation letters, event confirmations, and other materials for visa purposes.
We are not a migration agent and do not guarantee visa approval.
- Non-Refundable Policy
All service charges, registration fees, and coordination charges paid to BEM KEK Pty Ltd are non-refundable, regardless of visa outcome.
No refund will be issued in cases of visa refusal, delay, or applicant withdrawal.
- Accuracy of Documentation
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of your visa documents before submission.
BEM KEK Pty Ltd is not liable for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in your visa application.
- Confidentiality & Data Usage
Your personal and travel information may be shared only with relevant third parties (e.g., immigration authorities, event partners) for visa coordination and event logistics.
