Welcome to The Horizon 2025. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as an exhibitor or visitor in the Exhibition 2025 (“Exhibition”) organized by The Horizon (“we,” “us,” “our”). Please read these Terms carefully. By booking a stall or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General

2. For Exhibitors

2.1. Booking and Payment

• All stall bookings must be made through our official booking channels.

• A deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the specified due date.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.

2.2. Stall Specifications

• Exhibitors will be provided with the stall size and basic equipment as outlined in their booking confirmation. Any additional furniture or equipment must be requested in advance and may incur extra charges.

• Exhibitors are responsible for the setup and teardown of their stalls within the allocated timeframes.

2.3. Products and Services

• All products and services displayed must be legal and align with the themes of the Exhibition: Fashion & Accessories, Beauty & Wellness, and Kids & Nursery.

• We reserve the right to prohibit the display of any item deemed inappropriate or that does not fit the vision of the Exhibition.

2.4. Conduct and Compliance

• Exhibitors must comply with all rules and regulations of the MCEC and all applicable local and national laws.

• Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their own property. While we will provide general event security, we are not liable for any loss or damage to your items.

3. For Visitors

3.1. Admission

• All visitors must have a valid ticket for entry.

• Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required by law.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who behaves in a disruptive, disrespectful, or dangerous manner.

3.2. Conduct

• Visitors must not touch or handle exhibits without the express permission of the exhibitor.

• Photography and videography may be restricted in certain areas. Please look for signage or ask for permission.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. Cancellation by Exhibitor

• Cancellations must be made in writing to comm@thehorizon2025.com.au.

• Cancellation fees will apply based on the date of cancellation. Please refer to your booking agreement for specific details.

4.2. Cancellation by Organizer

• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Exhibition due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not to, acts of God, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

• In the event of cancellation, our liability will be limited to a refund of any fees paid.

5. Liability and Insurance

• All exhibitors are required to have their own public liability insurance.

• We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property suffered by any participant, except where it is caused by our negligence.

6. Intellectual Property

• By participating in the Exhibition, you grant us the right to use any photographs, videos, or other media captured at the event for promotional purposes.

• You must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any other exhibitor or participant.

7. Privacy

• We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in the Exhibition, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data.

8. Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on our website.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
